Camping at Elandorf Music Festival

 

Camping spots are on a first come first serve basis. Listed below are a few things to keep in mind while you are enjoying your Elandorf experience.

 

Please DO NOT park in designated band parking areas. There will be parking attendants to assist you with any questions you may have.

 

Campers and RV's are welcome, but a very limited supply of power is available.  Power is on a first come first serve basis.  We have a few more electric hook-up outlets along the fence this year.  There will be a $15 charge to use these outlets, but you may use them all four days of the festival.  We request that you do NOT run your air conditioner during the festival, or touch anyone else's extension cords that have been plugged in.  We will come to your campsite to collect your electric fee.

 

Accessible camping is available , please contact misty@elandorf.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

An Elandorf shuttle bus will provide safe transportation to Washburn several times a day to replenish food and supplies. Please take advantage of this service to reduce traffic congestion.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERAGE DRINKING

 

No one under 18 will be admitted without a parent.

 

Children must be accompanied by an adult at the pond

 

Please respect your neighbors, as well as the land that has been so graciously provided.

 

There will be a dumpster provided for garbage. Garbage will also be picked up both Saturday, Sunday, and Monday morning, please have your garbage out to the road as early as you can and someone will be by to pick it up.

 

No Glass Bottles Allowed

All vehicles will be searched upon entry.

 

No Unauthorized Vendors

 

NO FIREWORKS

 

No Open Fires

 

No Firearms

 

No Dirtbikes or ATV's

 

No Dogs

 

THE SALE OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES IS STRICKLY PROHIBITED

 

Secure your campsite.  Unfortunately, there are people without scruples among us.  These people are not part of our family of friends.  Lock your valuables in your vehicle.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
